The fractional property is near the popular resort towns of Cancun and Playa del Carmen and includes three-bedroom villas with large terraces overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The resort wraps around a common area laced with tropical garden walkways and ponds. Its villas feature an open plan layout and include a large living and dining area, and a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The master suite has its own terrace and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a sunken hot tub.

Other attractions include the archaeological ruins at Tulum and Chichen Itza, crystal-clear ponds (known locally as cenotes), and the island of Cozumel. The nearby town of Puerto Morelos also offers visitors a variety of restaurants and entertainment.
