INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL WELCOMES JUNGLE BAY RESORT & SPA

TO ITS QUALITY EXCHANGE NETWORK

Miami, FL, September 29, 2011 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), has added to its exchange network Jungle Bay Resort & Spa on Dominica in the West Indies. The mixed-use property has been featured in publications, including National Geographic Traveler, theNew York Times, and Travel + Leisure as a model of ecotourism, while winning numerous awards for its sustainable development.

"Jungle Bay is recognized as one of the top ecotourism resorts in the Caribbean owing to its commitment to operate in an environmentally responsible manner,” said David Gilbert, executive vice president of resort sales and marketing for Interval International. “Our members will appreciate the care that was taken to develop this special retreat and enjoy the natural beauty of their surroundings.”

The resort’s 35 treehouse-style cabins are tucked away on a hillside on 55 acres near Morne Trois Pitons National Park, one of the 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Caribbean. It was built in accordance with the international sustainable tourism guidelines set by The International Ecotourism Society (TIES).

“We’re proud to offer our guests an opportunity to become part of our eco-village and contribute to the sustainable development of the host community. Our focus is on nature-based activities and the wellness of guests, along with quality service,” added Sam Raphael, general manager and founder of Jungle Bay Resort & Spa.

The tropical hardwood cottages feature “eco-chic” design in an open floor plan and are accessed via a series of footpaths and stone staircases. They are furnished with handcrafted pieces made from locally sourced materials. All have comfortable sitting areas, solar-heated outdoor showers adjacent to the en-suite bathrooms, and spacious balconies. Ceiling fans enhance the natural air flow provided by coastal breezes.

The resort's on-site amenities include a sundeck and bar on the private beach, a swimming pool that offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and is finished with volcanic stone, and the cliff-top Spa Du Soleil. A visitor center houses two yoga studios and an activity room. The Pavilion Restaurant serves mostly Caribbean cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

Among the activities available at the property and nearby are guided hikes and tours, mountain biking, kayaking, and snorkeling.

Situated between the Windward Islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe, Dominica has 91 miles of largely untouched coastline and mountainous rainforests studded with waterfalls and hot springs, including Boiling Lake, the world's second largest hot spring. The island is also home to many rare plants, animals, and birds.
