INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AND CLUB TESORO RESORTS
ENTER INTO LONG-TERM, MULTI-SITE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
Miami, FL, August 30, 2011 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq:IILG), and Club Tesoro Resorts, today announced they have entered into a long-term, multi-site affiliation agreement. This encompasses Club Tesoro in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, as well as future acquired properties. The Cabo resort is owned by subsidiaries of Steadfast Companies, a private real estate investment firm.

Situated at the world-renowned marina, Club Tesoro in Cabo San Lucas is minutes away from excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment. The resort features newly decorated club suites in a modern, contemporary design with luxury beds, and flat screen TVs. Onsite amenities and services are a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and several restaurants, such as the recently opened Agave Azul restaurant and bar on the marina’s boardwalk.
Los Cabos’ location at the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur gives visitors the opportunity to experience its distinctive landscape. The 20-mile tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo has spectacular vistas of golden sand beaches, coves, and the cobalt waters of the Sea of Cortez. Another natural attraction is the annual whale migration from December to March when thousands of whales and their newborn calves can be viewed and photographed from shore.
