The multi-year agreements encompass two exceptional properties: Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, California, and Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North. This relationship was first established in 1997, when Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a leading operator of luxury hotels, entered the shared ownership industry.
