INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL HOSTS ICMI TOUR
Miami, FL, February 23, 2007 — Interval International recently hosted a tour of its Member-Services Center for participants of the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI)’s Call Center Demo & Conference, held in Miami on February 21-23. Thirty conference attendees visited the 62,000 square-foot center where 650 highly trained vacation advisors service 1.2 million U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean members. During the tour, led by exchange managers Mark Delcampo and Lisa Cerbasi, the group learned about the variety of products and technology Interval advisors use to confirm vacation transactions.
