INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL ADDS CRANBERRY HARBOUR CASTLE & COUNTRY CLUB IN ONTARIO, CANADA TO ITS GLOBAL VACATION EXCHANGE NETWORK
MIAMI, FL, August 6, 2007 – Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), today announced the addition of Cranberry Harbour Castle & Country Club, in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada to its global vacation exchange network. The waterfront vacation ownership resort in the 700-acre Cranberry community is situated on the shore of Georgian Bay with views of both Blue Mountain and Lake Huron. It will feature 155 one- and two-bedroom units at build out. The first of four phases of the resort will be finished in August 2007, with the entire project slated for completion by 2015.

Constructed with the architectural feel of the area in mind, the brick and stone resort features spacious lock-off suites, ranging from 1,000 to 1,400 sq. ft., each one appointed with either a balcony or porch. The unit’s interior is designed to reflect a combination of elegance and comfort with a fireplace, flat screen televisions, plush linens, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and Jacuzzi bath tubs. The exterior is extensively landscaped and features walking paths throughout the resort.
