INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL PROMOTES RESORT SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVES TO LEAD LATIN AMERICAN REGION
MIAMI, FL, August 31, 2007 – Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), announced the promotions of Marcos Agostini to assistant vice president for Latin America and Dmitri Pekhterev to region director for Central and South America in its resort sales and service department.

In his new role, Agostini will provide sales, marketing and operations support to Interval’s existing affiliated resorts, as well as build Interval’s developer client base in the region. He also will develop the Preferred Residences™ network, vacation ownership’s first branded exchange program for fractional resorts and private residence clubs. Agostini joined Interval in 1993 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure with the company.
Pekhterev now will oversee the day-to-day sales and service activities for Central and South America, and build the client base in the territory. He joined Interval in 2002 and was most recently Caribbean region manager. Previously, Pekhterev held executive positions in the hospitality industry in Venezuela.
