INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AND CLUB PREMIER FOUR SEASONS SIGN CLUB AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
Exclusive Multi-Year Agreement Covers Existing and Future Club Properties
MIAMI, FL, April 18, 2006 — Interval International and Club Premier Four Seasons announced that they have entered into a long-term club affiliation agreement. The multi-year agreement comprises two existing resorts, as well as all future properties in Guatemala and other countries in Central America that are part of the Club.

Principals Carlos and Ricardo Cruz, both well-respected and established leaders of the community in Guatemala City, founded Grupo Premier. With more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, the group began developing whole ownership homes and later ventured into the hotel and vacation ownership industries. Today, it is one of the developers with the highest volume in timeshare sales in Central America.
