INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES SHELLEY PELCHER DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
MIAMI, FL, May 25, 2005 — Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, announced the appointment of Shelley Pelcher as director of marketing, business development.
In this capacity, Ms. Pelcher will assume responsibility for the coordination and direction of Interval's participation in industry-related conferences throughout the Americas. She will also lead Interval's involvement in the annual Timeshare & Resort Investment Conference, an important educational forum designed to attract new investors and developers to the industry.
Before joining Interval, Ms. Pelcher was vice president of marketing and communications for Spottswood Companies, Inc., a real estate development and property management firm in Key West, Florida. Prior to that, she was manager of contract administration for Hyatt Vacation Ownership, also in Key West.
"Shelley's significant hospitality and timeshare industry experience will be of great benefit to our business development team," said Bryan Ten Broek, vice president of business development for Interval International. "Her expertise will play a key role as we continue to expand our existing programs and pursue new opportunities."
Ms. Pelcher earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Miami and is active in the university's Alumni Association.
