INTERVAL WORLD® MAGAZINE ANNOUNCES BPA AUDIT RESULTS
Report Certifies Total Qualified Circulation Exceeds One Million
Miami , Florida , April 30, 2004 - Interval International, publisher of Interval World ®magazine, today announced that Business of Performing Audits (BPA) International has completed an audit of the North American edition of the exclusive members-only publication. The BPA report certified that Interval World's total qualified circulation is in excess of one million recipients. The quarterly magazine features an array of exciting vacation destinations, travel tips, and more.
"Interval World readers enjoy traveling and spend on average 35 nights away from home," said Jan Wyatt, vice president of Corporate Marketing for Interval International. "Advertisers can take advantage of our magazine's impressive circulation and its ability to deliver an audience who are predisposed to purchase travel and leisure lifestyle products."
Interval International members - timeshare-owners who are more upscale and travel more frequently than the general U.S. adult population - receive Interval World as one of their many membership benefits. Members are also entitled to participate in an exchange program for vacation ownership resorts and take advantage of attractive discounted travel packages.
"We are delighted that Interval World selected BPA to verify its circulation data," commented Glenn J. Hansen, president of BPA International. "Copies of the audit report and semi-annual circulation statements now will be available for advertisers to review so that they can be assured of the reach and quality of the target audiences for specific ads."
BPA International conducted the audit of Interval World during the first quarter of this year and approved the publication for membership shortly thereafter. Recognized as a worldwide media auditor, BPA International provides its members, who include media buyers, media owners, associated industry firms, and other advertising-supported providers, with audited data on a regular basis. Its circulation statement emphasizes full disclosure of all circulation data and gives advertisers the most complete and concise report available in the marketplace today.
