ENTER INTO LONG-TERM, MULTI-SITE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
Miami, FL, April 7, 2014 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), and Karisma Hotels & Resorts have entered into a long-term, multi-site affiliation agreement for Generations Resorts, the newest brand operated by Karisma. This encompasses Generations Maroma and Generations Riviera Maya, two upscale beachfront developments in the Mexican Caribbean.

The first resort, Generations Riviera Maya, recently opened with 144 large oceanfront units, swim-up infinity pools, and distinctive decorative accents inspired by Mexican culture.
Generations Maroma is a boutique property located on Maroma Beach, considered among Travel Channel’s best beaches in the world. The resort includes 30 units designed in a contemporary Caribbean decor, with views of lush tropical gardens or white sand and clear waters.
Vacationers at both resorts will find a relaxed atmosphere, deluxe accommodations that feature spacious bedrooms and living areas, kitchens with modern appliances, state-of-the-art electronics, and an oversized balcony or terrace.
Among the comprehensive amenities at each site are several restaurants with gourmet à la carte dining, bars and lounges serving premium beverages, pools with swim-up bars, a spa with an impressive menu of traditional and alternative therapies, fitness center, Wi-Fi access, concierge, housekeeping, and unlimited butler service. As part of the Gourmet Inclusive package, guests traveling with children can take advantage of strollers, cribs, changing tables, monitors, bottle sterilizer and warmer, bath robes, and the Baby Beach Lounge staffed by certified nannies.
Purchasers at Generations Maroma and Generations Riviera Maya will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International and will also become Interval Gold® members, entitling them to a number of flexible exchange opportunities and upgraded benefits and services.
