BLUE RESIDENCE CLUB JOINS PREFERRED RESIDENCES

The property will feature 126 spacious condominium units that will be built in three phases, with the first scheduled for completion by summer 2013.

Blue Residence Club will consist of three residential towers with spacious condominium units ranging in size from two to five bedrooms and offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. They will be decorated in a sleek contemporary design and feature elevated ceilings, roomy terraces, upscale appliances and electronics, and wireless Internet.
Planned on-site amenities include a private beach protected by a jetty, two swimming pools, spa, fitness center, indoor hot tub, and landscaped sundeck. In addition to poolside and beach butler service, guests will have access to concierge services and be able to request pre-arrival grocery stocking and daily maid service.
