SHARED OWNERSHIP INVESTMENT CONFERENCE - BARBADOS
Miami, FL, June 9, 2011 - Barbados was host to the latest Shared Ownership Investment Conference held last week at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. Delegates from the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean attended the successful event and participated in panel discussions, as well as networking opportunities. The conference featured special guest speakers Peter C. Yesawich, Ph.D., chairman and chief executive officer of YPartnership, and the Honourable Richard L. Sealy, Barbados Minister of Tourism. Another highlight was the “Meet the Leaders” session that included hospitality experts who explored the important role that the industry can play in the region.
Interval International created the conference series in 1998 to educate prospective entrants, hoteliers, and lenders, about shared ownership resort development opportunities and has sponsored many of these events around the world. The next Shared Ownership Investment Conference will be held October 17-19 at The Peabody Orlando.
