INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL BRINGS SHARED OWNERSHIP INVESTMENT CONFERENCE BACK TO THE CARIBBEAN

MIAMI, FL, April 25, 2011 - Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operatingbusiness of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq:IILG), will host a Shared Ownership Investment Conference May 31 through June 1 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados. Interval created the conference in 1998 to educate prospective entrants, lenders, and government officials about resort development opportunities around the globe.

“We are proud that past events have drawn thousands of attendees who were interested in shared ownership. Our investment conferences are now regarded among the most prestigious in the business,” said David C. Gilbert, executive vice president of resort sales and marketing for Interval International. “We look forward to returning to Barbados, where we held the first conference, to give attendees a fresh look at this thriving destination.”

Hospitality and tourism leaders will explore trends and issues that affect future development in the Caribbean. Other program highlights will include sessions on the timeshare and fractional segments of shared ownership, the state of the industry in the region, development and conversion, financing, sales and marketing, and how a shared ownership component can drive mixed-use success.

Alec Sanguinetti, director general and CEO of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association, said, "We are very pleased that Interval has chosen to schedule its conference prior to the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Conference on June 1 to 3, as this will provide our members with the opportunity to attend both events and learn how shared ownership can offer new revenue streams and operational efficiencies."

For CHTA members interested in attending both the Shared Ownership Investment Conference and the tourism conference, a discounted registration fee is available. For more information, please visit www.sharedownershipinvestment.com or telephone 877.700.1153 (toll-free) or 305.668.3495.

"We are honored that Barbados is once again the destination for a shared ownership educational forum that will enable hoteliers and developers in the region to gain further insight into this important segment of the hospitality industry," added David M. Rice, president and CEO of the Barbados Tourism Authority. “Embracing shared ownership resort products will help to further expand and strengthen the region’s tourism sector.”

In addition to Interval, sponsors include Baker Hostetler, Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association, Caribbean Tourism Organization, DCP International, Explore Our Isle Barbados Magazine, HVS Shared Ownership Services, Meridian Financial Services, Perspective Magazine, and Preferred Residences.
