Miami, FL, July 15, 2010 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), today announced the addition of Grand Miramar Club & Spa to its exchange network. The luxury resort is located in the Sierra Madre Mountains in Conchas Chinas, a neighborhood known as the “Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.”

Upon completion, Grand Miramar Club & Spa will include 103 spacious one- to four-bedrooms units with scenic views of the Banderas Bay. The first 38 units are available and the remaining 65 are scheduled to open mid-year 2011. Each unit is decorated in a contemporary style and features living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs with DVD/CD players, and an oversized balcony or terrace. The penthouses have spectacular views from wraparound terraces with private pools.

The resort also provides a shuttle to the beach and to Puerto Vallarta, as well as complimentary transfers to Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
