GRAND CROWNE RESORTS SELECTS INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL
AS ITS LONG-TERM PARTNER IN VACATION OWNERSHIP
Miami, Florida, November 3, 2010 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IILG), today announced that it has broadened its relationship with Grand Crowne Resorts, an industry-leading developer of flexible vacation ownership products. The long-term master affiliation renewal comprises resorts in Grand Crowne’s points-based vacation club in Branson, Missouri, and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, as well as a property in Biloxi, Mississippi. In addition, the agreement contemplates that any club or non-club resorts developed in the future will become part of the Interval Network. The expanded relationship also includes reservation services provided by Interval Resort & Financial Services (IRFS), an affiliated company of Interval International.

The Branson-based properties include The Surrey Grand Crowne Resort, The Surrey Vacation Resort, The Carriage Place at Surrey Vacation Resort, Crowne View Heights, and The Lodges at Crowne View. In addition to numerous nearby activities, these resorts feature spacious accommodations; numerous on-site amenities ranging from golf to spas to concierge services; and live entertainment at the weekly owner welcome receptions.
Grande Crowne has two other vacation properties in its collection that are located in popular destinations: Owners and guests can visit Biloxi, Mississippi, and stay at Ocean View Vacation Villas. Or, they can head to The Lodges at Great Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, near Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
Owners who purchase at one of the Grand Crowne Resorts will continue to be enrolled as individual members of Interval International, as well as Interval Gold®, an upgraded level of membership. This gives owners the opportunity to exchange their accommodations for those at other resorts in Interval’s worldwide network, as well as the ability to relinquish their resort weeks toward the purchase of cruise, golf, and spa vacations.
