INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL RENEWS AFFILIATION WITH CALYPSO CAY VACATION VILLAS
Miami, Florida, April 7, 2009 – Interval International, a leading global provider of vacation services, announced the multi-year renewal of its affiliation with Calypso Cay Vacation Villas to its vacation exchange network. In addition, Calypso Cay has simultaneously renewed its agreement with Interval Resort & Financial Services (IRFS), an affiliated company of Interval International that offers turnkey reservation services and operational solutions to reinforce the resort brand and enhance customer service. Winter Park, Florida-based Timescape Resorts LLC is the developer of the resort, which is located just minutes from Disney World's gates.
Timescape Resorts principal Steve Bradley said the quality of resorts affiliated by Interval translates into quality exchange opportunities for Calypso Cay owners. He added that the services provided by IRFS were another key reason for renewing the affiliation. “We've worked with IRFS for three years now, which has really improved our customer service. We know from experience that they do a great job with our owners and consider that a big part of the value of our product offering,” Bradley said.
