INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL SPONSORS 12th ANNUAL

CARIBBEAN HOTEL & TOURISM INVESTMENT CONFERENCE

MIAMI, FL, May 7, 2008 – Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services, is a patron sponsor of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference (CHTIC) for the 12th consecutive year. The conference, which is being held at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad on

May 6-8, was founded by the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA) and the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) in 1997. It has become the primary venue for hospitality industry leaders, government officials, developers, and investors to study key issues that impact the tourism and hospitality industry in the Caribbean.

“Our company’s ongoing support of CHA and CTO reinforces its long-term commitment to the region,” said David Callaghan, vice president, resort sales and service for Interval International. “These combined efforts contribute to the expansion and success of the Caribbean hospitality industry.”

“Over the years, Interval has assisted us in designing programs and events that have a direct impact on the expansion of tourism in the region, as well as helping to create a variety of valuable and long-standing partnerships,” said Alec Sanguinetti, director general and chief executive officer of CHA. “Interval’s endorsement is considerable, both in terms of the resources allocated to this forum, and its willingness to work in partnership with CHA to achieve our objectives for the region on a year-round basis.”

“Interval’s dedication has been a significant factor in the growth of this conference,” said Vincent Vanderpool-Wallace, secretary general, CTO. “We appreciate the company’s loyalty and its unfailing support of our efforts and look forward to their continued participation in future activities.”

To highlight the importance of vacation ownership in the Caribbean, this year’s conference includes a development track workshop titled “How Do You Evaluate the Economics of Various Vacation Ownership Components?” This session focuses on the “nuts and bolts” of creating a successful timeshare and fractional resort.

According to the Future Timeshare Buyers: 2007 Market Profile, the latest in a series of studies that offers unique insights into the vacation habits, preferences, and intentions of leisure travelers who are interested in owning vacation time, the Caribbean is one of the top international destinations of choice for prospective timeshare owners.

As a strategic partner of CHA and a board member of the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s Education Foundation, Interval is committed to understanding the unique needs of the Caribbean region and providing products and programs tailored to this market. For its roster of Caribbean resort developer clients and new entrants into the vacation ownership industry, Interval offers a range of services including program design, sales and marketing support, reservations, travel, and financial services.
