AQUARIUS VACATION CLUB AND INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL
RENEW MASTER AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
MIAMI, FL, October 27, 2008 – Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services, announced the renewal of its master affiliation agreement with Aquarius Vacation Club® (AVC). The multi-year agreement extends the relationship first established in 2001 and includes two existing resorts, as well as all future properties developed over the term of the agreement.
The AVC portfolio includes Aquarius Vacation Club at Dorado del Mar Beach and Golf Resort, a property situated in exclusive Dorado – a golfer’s paradise just 30 minutes from San Juan on Puerto Rico’s north shore. Its other resort is Aquarius Vacation Club at Boquerón Beach, a purpose-built beachfront resort adjacent to the renowned Balneário de Boquerón – two miles of undeveloped beachfront protected as a nature reserve in Cabo Rojo.

In addition to its existing resorts, AVC has several projects in various stages of development in other highly-desirable destinations in the Puerto Rican market. Club Azure by Aquarius, an upscale boutique resort with 44 one- and two-bedroom units, is planned for a beautiful beach location in Vieques, an offshore island that attracts international visitors. A second development is scheduled to be built in the quaint fishing village of Boquerón, which boasts one of the most popular beaches on Puerto Rico’s west coast, and a third resort with a proposed 50-60 units is set for Luquillo Beach, east of San Juan.
