INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL PROMOTES LANA TANCA TO DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP MARKETING
Miami, FL, March 23, 2007 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), promoted Lana Tanca to director of membership marketing. She reports to Pat Rasekhi, assistant vice president of membership marketing.
Her new responsibilities include the overall strategic planning, creation, management and execution of membership renewal programs and new member acquisition through Home Owner Associations and alumni programs for Interval’s global markets. Lana also writes and edits direct response copy.
“Lana has made significant contributions since joining the department and I am confident that she will continue to be a great asset to Interval,” said Rasekhi.
Prior to her new position, Lana was manager of copy and design, where she was responsible for all direct mail membership renewal copy and creative design. Lana joined Interval International as a marketing copywriter in the membership marketing department in 1994.
Previously, Lana spent 15 years in marketing for McDonald’s Corporation. Prior to McDonald’s, she was an English and journalism teacher for the Dade County school system. Lana received her bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Miami.
