INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF INTERVAL GOLD® WITH NEW LOOK, NEW LOGO, AND NEW PACKAGING

Miami, FL – April 4, 2007 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Interval Gold, its enhanced membership program. First introduced in 1987 as WorldCard Preferred and re-launched in 2002 as Interval Gold, the program was the first of its kind in the vacation ownership industry. It has evolved over the years, responding to consumer trends and demands by continually updating its offerings.

During this commemorative year, Interval is unveiling re-designed Interval Gold materials that include a new logo and packaging. With a new, simplified content format and information flow, it’s easier for resort sales staff to present the added value of the program to prospective buyers at the point-of-sale.

Members also can take advantage of Gold ConciergeSM, a 24/7 personal assistant to help with everything from the everyday to the extraordinary. These two benefits are available in the vacation ownership industry exclusively to participants in Interval’s value-added servicing programs.
