INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES MULTI-TIERED RESORT QUALITY RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Miami, FL, April 6, 2007 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced the introduction of its new resort recognition program designed to showcase the quality of vacation properties in its network. The multi-tiered program incorporates refined recognition criteria and takes into account recent trends in vacation ownership products. PricewaterhouseCoopers’ U.S. Hospitality & Leisure Practice was engaged to assist Interval in the development of the program, which has occurred over the past 18 months.

“Interval’s new resort quality recognition program will provide members with a valuable vacation planning tool that they can use when making their exchange selections,” noted Jeanette Marbert, chief operating officer of Interval International. “We’re proud to take a leadership role in the quality arena that’s been the cornerstone of our company’s history.”

Since it was founded in 1976, Interval International has been recognized as the quality vacation exchange network. The company built on this tradition in 1982 by creating the Interval International Five Star Award®, the industry’s first quality recognition program, and working with the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration to develop an exclusive quality ratings system a few years later.

Interval will provide more detail about the new program to its resort clients prior to its launch next year. With the program’s implementation, the Interval International Five Star Award and the Superior Service Award will be retired.
