Club Resort Boheme Joins Quality Exchange Network
October 15, 2007 - Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), has announced the affiliation of Club Resort Boheme, an urban timeshare development in the centre of Prague, the Czech Republic’s historic capital city.
Club Resort La Boheme is located near the picturesque St Wencelas Square and only 15 minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge. The resort is currently being renovated and will be opened and available for exchange in November 2007. The resort will comprise of 22 apartments being a mix of studio and one-bedroom units. The project is being developed by Boheme Invest, an established real estate investment company based in Parma, Italy. The apartments in Club La Boheme will be sold on a fixed week, fixed unit basis with a right-to-use until 2040.
