INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL PROMOTES QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVES

MIAMI, FL, November 29, 2007 – Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), announced the promotions of Elaine Campes to director of resort account management and Christina Stuver to director of resort operational support in its quality assurance department.

“We’re very proud to recognize Elaine and Christina’s talent and experience by promoting them to these well-deserved positions,” said Lori Card-King, vice president of quality assurance for Interval International. “I’m confident that our staff and client relationships will continue to thrive under their direction.”

In her new role, Campes will continue to manage several resort accounts, as well as both the inventory and membership verification functions. She also will have the additional responsibility for overseeing resort inventory, information technology, and owner services for one of Interval’s major clients. Campes has been with Interval since 1994.

Stuver, who joined Interval in 1991, will continue to manage several of Interval’s key resort clients, assume responsibility for leading the on-site resort staff, and expand client participation in electronic data interchange (EDI).  She also will support client use of the Resort Services Portal and the Exchange Access System (EASy). Both of these systems are designed to allow authorized resort staff instant online access to resort and member-related data.
