INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES RALPH FIOL ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF APPLICATION SERVICES

Miami, FL, June 13, 2006 — Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, announced the promotion of Ralph Fiol to assistant vice president of application services, information technology.

In his role, he is responsible for developing and supporting the company's mission critical e-commerce applications and Web sites. He will continue to manage and provide leadership in ongoing enhancements to Interval's membership Web site (Interval World) and will continue to develop and enhance the (LiveItUp) Web Application, the company's new online travel and rewards club.

"Ralph plays an integral part in the development and implementation of our e-commerce applications," said David Valdes, vice president of application services. "His experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to build world-class Internet applications."

Fiol has held several positions of increasing responsibility since he joined Interval in 2001 as a project lead in charge of the Internet development team. Most recently, he was director of application services.

Before joining Interval, Fiol was a partner and a co-founder of ActiveTier Technologies, Inc., and prior to that, he was the president of Media XXI Group Corporation. He began his IT career as a systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in New York City. Fiol was a member of the consulting division specializing in application development.

He is a certified developer and instructor for Smalltalk, PowerBuilder, and ColdFusion. Fiol has published numerous articles on C++, PowerBuilder, ColdFusion, and Smalltalk, and is an author of a C++ book from Wrox Press titled Visual C++ 4 MasterClass. Fiol is a graduate of the University of Florida.
