INTERVAL TRAVEL EARNS NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE PRESIDENT'S CLUB STATUS FOR FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Exchange Company's Cruise Sales in Excess of $1.5 Million for 2005

Miami, FL, June 30, 2006 — Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced that Interval Travel has earned membership in the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) President's Club for its 2005 sales results. The President's Club is a select group of less than one percent of NCL's business partners who sold more than $1.5 million of cabin space. Interval Travel received this prestigious recognition for the fifth consecutive year.

"Interval continues to be a great partner to Norwegian Cruise Line. Earning President's Club status year over year demonstrates its ability to match today's cruisers with one of the industry's most innovative products at sea," said Terri Burke, MCC, CTC, vice president of Business Development for Norwegian Cruise Line. "The ongoing support is testimony to a fantastic relationship, and we look forward to working with Interval for many years to come."

"Our members enjoy cruising more than the general population and we're delighted to offer them Norwegian Cruise Line's first class accommodations and exciting destinations," said Raul Estrada, vice president of Member Services for Interval International. "We're proud to be among NCL's elite partners and receive President's Club recognition for our cruise team's outstanding sales performance."

In response to members' interest in cruising, the Interval Travel Cruise Desk has been operating since 1997 to service the needs of the company's North American consumer member families. It represents a multi-million dollar operation and manages 8,000 to 9,000 inquiries per month. The Interval Travel Cruise Desk is a Cruise Lines International Association Booking Agency, or "CLIA" certified.

The cruise exchange option, which was introduced in 1999, allows members of Interval's upgraded benefits program, Interval Gold®, to relinquish home resort weeks in exchange for cruise vacations with the payment of a supplemental fee. The company later launched Interval Options®, which added spa and golf exchange vacations to its menu of leisure lifestyle alternatives. All three programs fuel Interval's ongoing strategy to complement its resort exchange services with flexibility and value to both its developer clients and consumer members.
