INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES MARY CHEDDIE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Miami, FL, December 26, 2006 — Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced that Mary Cheddie, SPHR, has been named senior vice president of human resources. She reports to Craig M. Nash, chairman and chief executive officer.
In this newly created position, she is responsible for ensuring that the company retains, develops, and attracts the best talent throughout the organization. As a member of the executive committee, she will assist in leading Interval's continued growth.

Mary has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in all aspects of human resources, most recently as senior vice president, people with PRC. Previously, she was vice president, human resources, strategic planning, office services, and facilities for The Orvis Company, Inc.
She earned her bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is currently working toward a master's in business administration from Upper Iowa University.
Mary serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and on the Alumni Board of Directors for Waldorf College.
