INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES
SUN HILLS SUITES RESORT

London, England, June 25, 2004 - Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange, leisure lifestyle and travel-related benefits provider, today announced the affiliation of Sun Hills Suites Resort, a vacation-ownership resort located in Lebanon.

Situated in Lebanon’s flourishing capital city, Beirut, the resort is the perfect destination for guests who wish to experience the diverse culture and rich history of the Middle East. In addition to its Arab, Greek, Ottoman and Roman-influenced architecture and places of interest such as the Beiteddine Palace and the National Museum, visitors are never far away from the Mediterranean and all it has to offer. Once constructed, over 70 units will be available for exchange at the resort.

Upon completion of the resort, owners at Sun Hills Suites Resort will become members of Interval International. This provides the opportunity to exchange their home week for other accommodation in Interval’s Quality Vacation Exchange Network. Members also receive value-added benefits, including access to quarterly travel magazines, international resort directories and a host of other privileges.
