INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES ALAN KOSLOW ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
MIAMI, FL, November 23, 2004 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced the appointment of Alan Koslow to the position of associate general counsel. Mr. Koslow reports to Victoria Kincke, Interval’s vice president and general counsel.
In his new role, Mr. Koslow will work closely with Interval’s legal staff and assist the company’s various business departments in support of their respective activities. He has extensive legal experience serving both as in-house counsel for e-commerce and telecommunications companies and at various law firms.

Before joining Interval, Mr. Koslow was assistant general counsel for Expedia.com, where he managed privacy issues and supervised legal diligence on the acquisitions of Hotwire, Anyway and Activity World. Additionally, he managed all SEC and NASDAQ matters for Expedia, when it was an independent public company. Mr. Koslow also assisted with employment, tax, insurance, corporate, and escheat issues.
Prior to that, he was vice president of privacy and policy for Classmates Online, Inc., a leader in online community-based networking in Renton, Washington. He was also chief financial officer of AccessLine Communications, a company providing hosted communications and managed voice services to Fortune 1000 companies and telecommunication partners.
Mr. Koslow received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Rutgers University and a juris doctor degree with honors from Rutgers Law School. He is a member of the Washington and New York State Bars, and is a certified public accountant.
