INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES NANCY COOPER DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE SERVICES

MIAMI, FL, November 17, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, announced the appointment of Nancy Cooper to the position of director of creative services in the Creative Services Department.

In this capacity, Ms. Cooper will assume responsibility for providing overall creative direction for the writing and design of advertising, business to business marketing projects, and corporate collateral materials, in print, Internet, and multimedia formats. She also will establish and maintain standards of quality and style for resort developer communications.

"We are extremely pleased that someone with Nancy’s wealth of experience will be leading our corporate creative efforts," said Edrea Kaiser, vice president of Creative Services for Interval International. "She will be a great asset to Interval in her new role."

Before joining Interval, Ms. Cooper was marketing director for the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, where she managed the advertising, public and media relations, promotions, and corporate sponsorship efforts. Previously, she was vice president of marketing for Mortgage.com, a leading online mortgage lending and technology company. She has also held executive positions with Avanti/Case-Hoyt, The Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald, and AutoNation.com.

Ms. Cooper is the recipient of 14 Addy Awards, bestowed by the American Advertising Federation for excellence in advertising. They include business-to-business print and multimedia campaigns for The Herald and the consumer campaign for the masthead change of The Herald – Broward edition.

She received a bachelor of arts & sciences degree in creative writing and English literature from the University of Miami. She also holds a Web design certificate from the NGJ Information Systems Institute at the University of Miami.

Ms. Cooper is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the Greater Miami Ad Federation.
