INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES JOHN A. GALEA SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE & CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

MIAMI, FL, September 24, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced the promotion of John A. Galea to the position of senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Galea reports to Carl Drew, chief financial officer of Interval International.

In addition to ensuring compliance with SEC guidelines and federal regulations required of companies that are part of a publicly traded entity, Galea will continue to direct the company’s worldwide accounting operations and oversee compliance with all statutory tax requirements. He joined Interval in 2000 as vice president of accounting and corporate controller.

"John played an integral part in supporting the IAC transaction last year and he will now take on the more proactive role necessary to keep pace in the new accounting environment," Drew said . " His knowledge and experience will be tremendous assets to our finance group as we transact business in today’s increasingly complex world."

Before joining Interval, Galea was director of planning and forecasting for LNR Property Corporation. Prior to his tenure with LNR, he held several senior financial positions, including chief financial officer and vice president of financial planning, with several publicly traded companies.

Galea is a certified public accountant who practiced public accounting for four years with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, and is a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He previously served as president of the Miami Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

A native of New York City, he earned his bachelor in business administration degree from Florida International University. Galea is also a member of the Leadership Circle of the United Way of Miami-Dade.
