INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL NAMES J. ROBERT CROOK AS CORPORATE COUNSEL
MIAMI, FL, September 2, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, announced the appointment of J. Robert Crook to the position of corporate counsel in the Legal Department.

In this capacity, Mr. Crook will work closely with Interval’s legal staff and assist Interval’s various business departments in support of their respective activities.
He began his legal career with the Denver, Colorado, law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen, where his practice focused on assisting corporate clients in both transactional and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Interval, Mr. Crook was corporate counsel for Miami-based Pan Am International Flight Academy. Pan Am offers flight training services to major international and U.S. based airlines and its subsidiaries provide flight training services to business jet clients, as well as ab initio training for aspiring airline pilots. As Pan Am’s general counsel, he was responsible for the corporate legal affairs, strategic development and alliances.
Before joining Pan Am in early 2000, Mr. Crook served as in-house and legal counsel for several established and start-up companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe, advising them on a wide variety of domestic and international legal issues.
Mr. Crook received a bachelor of arts degree in English and a juris doctor (cum laude) from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He is a member of the Colorado and Florida bars.
Mr. Crook’s community service includes activities with both the United Way and the Boys & Girls Clubs.
