INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES PLAZA SAN MARTÍN SUITES

Miami, FL, August 6, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced the affiliation of Plaza San Martín Suites, a vacation-ownership resort in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Buenos Aires is an increasingly popular destination due to the favorable exchange rate. The number of foreign visitors grew 218% in the first five months of 2003 compared to the same period in 2002.1

Located in the heart of the city on the elegant Santa Fe Avenue and near the financial district, Plaza San Martín Suites has 58 purpose-built units. Plaza San Martín, famous for its wide variety of trees and peaceful park setting in the middle of Buenos Aires, is just a block away. The property is also in close proximity to popular tourist attractions such as theaters and exclusive shopping centers like Patio Bullrich and Galerías Pacífico, a refurbished turn-of-the-century building that boasts murals by prominent Argentine artists and houses the Borges Cultural Center.

Plaza San Martín Suites feature numerous on-site and nearby amenities including a fitness center, whirlpool spa, convenience store, restaurants, bar and cocktail lounge, live entertainment, casino gambling, tennis, horseback riding, golf, fishing, and indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

The resort was designed by Mario Roberto Alvarez and developed by Carlos A. Pustelnik, general manager and co-owner of Ingeniería Pustelnik S.A., a construction company with more than 50 years experience in hospitality industry.
