CONSOLIDATED RESORTS’ TAHITI AFFILIATES WITH INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL
Resort Location Receives Industry Renowned Five Star Award

Miami, FL, May 30, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced the affiliation and Five Star recognition of Consolidated Resorts’ Tahiti, a vacation-ownership resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, currently under construction and slated to open in early fall 2003.

Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Tahiti is a Polynesian-themed resort, which will offer its owners and guests suites with designer furnishings, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Plans for accommodations include a fireplace, television, DVD, and stereo system; and a separate whirlpool tub and shower in the deluxe suite. Guests will enjoy either the spacious two-bedroom suite or the deluxe sleep-eight suite, both of which have a separate lock-off with a kitchenette. The resort will feature a variety of upscale amenities such as two sand-beach swimming pools, poolside cabanas, whirlpool spa, exercise facility, putting green, concierge activity desk, sundries shop, and transportation to and from the Strip.

Consolidated Resorts’s Tahiti received the Interval International Five Star Award, known as one of the most prestigious awards in the vacation ownership industry, recognizing resorts that provide exceptional vacation experiences. To qualify for the Interval International Five Star designation, the resort was evaluated according to an objective, quantitative assessment of the resort’s location, vacation area, facilities, accommodations, and guest services. After qualification, the resort must annually re-qualify by maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
