ENHANCED PURCHASING BENEFITS ANNOUNCED THROUGH THE INTERVAL PURCHASING SERVICES DEVELOPER-SUPPORT PROGRAM
State-of-the-Art Replacement Reserve Management Program Available to Participating Resort Affiliates
Miami, FL, April 14, 2003 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange, leisure lifestyle and travel related benefits provider, today announced additional benefits and services for resort affiliates using its Interval Purchasing Services (IPS) procurement program. Established in 1997, IPS is a comprehensive product purchasing service administered by ProvisionsSM, a division of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide with fulfillment provided by American Hotel Register Company (AHR). As part of an expansion in the range and depth of products available through IPS, participating resort affiliates will now be able to utilize a state-of-the-art replacement reserve management tool, which will be hosted and maintained by AHR.

IPS was originally created to assist resort affiliates with a one-stop procurement alternative by purchasing all of their operating supply, furniture, fixtures, appliance and equipment needs, as well as providing project management coordination and oversight.
By leveraging more than one billion dollars of annual purchasing volume generated through Provisions-developed programs, resort affiliates are able to avail themselves of significant volume purchasing discounts and consolidated order delivery, thus saving both the resort and the related homeowners’s associations substantial dollars and shipping costs.
