INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL TO HOST 14TH ANNUAL

SHARED OWNERSHIP INVESTMENT CONFERENCE IN ORLANDO

Miami, FL, September 10, 2012  Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), will host the 14th annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference from September 18 - 20 at The Peabody Orlando. The forum is a well-known resource for developers, hoteliers, government and tourism officials, and lenders interested in learning about the viability of various shared ownership business models.

On the conference agenda are sessions that include the state of the global industry, shared ownership fundamentals, resort conversions, and accessing capital, among other subjects.

Featured speaker Michael Gelb, best-selling author and leader in the human potential movement, will explain how to turn creative ideas into profitable reality, which is the topic of his book, Innovate Like Edison: The Five-Step System for Breakthrough Business Success. Attendees will also hear from Peter C. Yesawich, Ph.D., vice chairman of MMGY Global, a recognized authority on travel, lifestyle, and leisure trends. He will present findings from his agency’s 2012 Portrait of American Travelerstm.

Among the hundreds registered for next week’s gathering are representatives of financial institutions that are involved in shared ownership, as well as lenders evaluating the industry. Students from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida will participate as volunteers and learn more about career options by attending workshops and panel discussions.

“This event provides existing players the venue to explore opportunities and network with other experts and service providers in every facet of the industry,” said Bryan Ten Broek, senior vice president of resort sales and business development, North America, for Interval International, conference founder and patron sponsor. “We’re proud that developers and lenders, and many other attendees, have recognized the potential of shared ownership and chosen to enter the industry.”

Interval has also hosted investment conferences in Barbados, China, Hungary, India, Italy, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates. Events were held in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Cape Town and Johannesburg earlier this year.
